Cooking Demonstrations
We have opened up our kitchen to a select few that wish to learn the secrets behind Ken's dishes. Ken will demonstrate his techniques and guide you through his prized recipes. You will enjoy a sample of the prepared meal along with a sample of a selected wine pairing. This year we will host five cooking demos on the following topics: Pasta, Ravioli, Steak, Chicken, and Appetizers.

Recipe:
You will receive a copy of Chef Ken's special recipe and notes to follow along with during the demo and take home so you can recreate for your family and friends.

Food and Wine Sample:
At the end of the demo you will receive a sample of the meal we prepared along with a selected wine sample.

Time:
Designated Sunday from 11am to 1 pm

Cost:
$50 per person Cooking Demo, (Club Members pay $45 per person)
